Updates to setup instructions, add license file #14

LGTM, though on other approach we could consider is using Anaconda's tools more directly. I attended a workshop here at the conference in which they tried to get ~30 people of various technical abilities set up with the same python environment. Using Anaconda worked pretty well. Here's the instructions they used for the installation: https://github.com/Fast-Trips/fast-trips-tutorial.
