Run ipynb scripts in test

This currently fails so I won't merge yet, but once #60 is merged this will allow us to run our ipython example notebooks in test so that they don't degrade anymore.

Currently we don't run the examples in test at all so people don't notice when they make changes that they're breaking the examples.
