Python 3.12 Compatibility #5

Thanks again for the fork. I am using glmnet in our wrapper and noticed the builds for 3.12 failed. Wondering if you can publish a new wheel covering 3.12 as well. LMK if I am mistaken but I could not make it work in 3.12.4 at least same in CI https://github.com/slickml/slick-ml
