I saw that the python/pb/pgcapture_pb2.py was removed. Do we no longer need it?

I saw that the python/pb/pgcapture_pb2.py was removed. Do we no longer need it?

I did not remove the whole file. It looks like the format was changed by newer protobuf tool from python. But I test the example.py, it still works!
