Bundles a number of bugfixes, improvements, QoL, etc. to get to a v0.1 that we are comfortable with some of our VIP customers using!

Currently included:

yolo doctor
pass JSON schemas into --ast to forcibly write schemas
regex matching for source layers to catch more cases

Burndown:

[ ] source layer (multi-?)choice
[ ] port over the directory ignore code for yolo doctor to get rid of other big footgun
[ ] turn pget.py into a python module so that we can update that independently
[ ] add better documentation around the changes here (Mintlify? Internal docs? README docs?)
[ ] ability to push folders (or better, push git diff, or even a git commit hook for yolo)
[ ] reduce rough edges everywhere, fault tolerance
