Please create a release #169

Please cut a release; there are some commits in master that missed the last release, in particular 50145934530df5cdd6c7c28d61dab65c46b1cba2

@marccampbell Would you mind weighing in here? There are a couple great fixes waiting to be released to npm.

Maybe it's time for us to migrate to hadolint, looks like Super-Linter has also done a corresponding migration.
