Implements an initial Helm + SDK lab showing how to distribute an application with Replicated

Details

Teaches the basics of using the Replicated SDK with a Helm chart to distribute your application with Replicated review some initial telemetry using Instance Insights.

The Lab takes a Bitnami Helm Chart (for the Harbor registry)and adds the SDK, then runs through the steps of releasing it and installing it into an existing cluster using the chart delivered from the Replicated registry. After the install, the user watches this instance come up from within the Vendor Portal.

All Vendor Portal activity is done using the Builders Plan experience.

@z4ce the automation between Instruqt and Vendor Portal is finicky before a lab is merged, so you need to use that link vs getting to it through Instruqt navigation…if that last flag isn't there things don't work and you'll see some blank fields in the lab text and instructions
