The help mssg does not show the newest release version #145

poreCov | A Nextflow SARS-CoV-2 workflow for nanopore data

  Latest available poreCov release: 0.9.5
  If neccessary update via: nextflow pull replikation/poreCov

0.9.5 is shown although there is a newer. Maybe this is due to some erroneous sorting of the version numbers within Nextflow? And thus 0.1 comes after 0.9 always? Or it's due to the system I'm running the pipeline and some online check fails...

no it's just that "pre-releases" are not listed which is fine. only releases are shown in the terminal.

"latest release is 0.9.5 (https://github.com/replikation/poreCov/releases/tag/0.9.5)"
