publish primersitereport from medaka output #245

Medaka creates a sample.primersitereport.txt file with the following content:

found primer binding site mismatch: SARS-CoV-2_13_RIGHT
found primer binding site mismatch: SARS-CoV-2_13_RIGHT
found primer binding site mismatch: SARS-CoV-2_47_RIGHT

Could be worth publishing!
