Update --help to list up-to-date primer schemes that are supported #248

I think w/ v1.8.0 of poreCov, you also added e.g. ARTIC V5.3.2_400 ? Which should be also updated in the --help message:

I'm not sure if there might be other primer schemes that can be updated and listed there.
