The latest Medaka version v.1.11.3. comes with updated models, r1041_e82_400bps_*_v4.3.0, which matches the latest MinKNOW version.

Currently, we have an ARTIC container with Medaka version 1.8.0.

I'll try to create a new container on our DockerHub - if you have capacities to look into this @replikation, let me know :)

I tried it, but failed -.- I was able to update the bx_medaka to v1.11.3 and the latest model but not he bx_artic
