Open last open Repl on launch

Why

Follow on to https://github.com/replit/desktop/pull/73, we should now open the last Repl you had open on launch (if there is one) as we now store that info.

Note that we still need to handle the 404 case (Repl deleted or removed permissions) before deploying this: https://github.com/replit/repl-it-web/pull/34296
