Why?

Apologies for reviving Prybar - eventhough we've officially deprecated it. But we need to update its Nix channel so that they don't crash with LD_AUDIT so that RTLD loader can be turned on globally: https://linear.app/replit/issue/DX-536/update-nix-channel-for-prybar

Changes

  1. Added back prybar-lua because pid1 bundle still depends on it. Removed the expect tests because they were failing the build and I so far failed to fix them. Manually testing worked though.
  2. Renamed prybar-python38 back to prybar-python3 because that's the existing name depended on by older Repls.
