Latest release package will not import as a release available #631

I suspect https://github.com/repman-io/repman/issues/83 is related.

I bumped a package from 1.x .xto 2.x.x, however, new version is not appearing (using hosted offering)

Issue resolved. Bad composer.json in source package, my bad.
