Add a way to mark forks which supersede original upstream #496

We already have a bunch of these:

recode
tcptrack
zbar
webalizer
lrzsz
ntfs-3g

For now these can nicely be handled as devel, but it will be even better to mark these specially, as a fork is by default less trusted than original upstream.

The word is supersede not supercede
