Feature: Repository problems page have live filtering of problems (redirects, 404 links, SSL, CVEs etc..) #227

Repology has this neat ability to show repository problems https://repology.org/repository/<repository-name>/problems

For the convenience of repository maintainers there could be a live filtering toolbar that would show only certain reported problems such as: missing https:// schemas; Expired SSL certifications; 404 Links; CVEs etc....
