Raising metapackages view #24

Now that we have data on both metapackage age and spread, we can do an interesting view of raising metapackages, e.g. the ones which are spreading among the repos with the most speed.

That this needs a clever way to distinguish metapackages which are naturally being added to more repositories from metapackages which were merged from other names manually. Otherwise the list will be filled with very fresh metapackages present in a lot of repositories.
