Fix some crashes #79

Fixes the following:

Upload image file cannot be uploaded when contains whitespace.
keyword under root suite (s1) is causing crash, because it cannot find parent_id
error message in scope result is not handled gracefully

Compatibility quickfix: locked to using reportportal-client to 5.0.5 because get_system_information is moved out to helper
