[x] Update NuGet.config to include github packages instead of myget (or even remove it) (removed)

After creating github actions for ci/release cycles we may publish 1.0.0-beta.1 package to get the first feedback. And then fix technical leftovers.

Testing on production, v1.0.0 is rolled out.
