agent-java-testng - ItemID should not be null in 5.3.1 #203

Same problem as in the closed issue, but it's happening with the latest agent, so the solution provided does not work.

@BenManifold I saw numerous of issues where exceptions are thrown in custom user's listeners causes this to happen. Because of that I do not accept any issues with this error unless one provide clear and reproducible example.
