ReportPortal.addins is not copied to output when publish since v3.7.8 #46

When publish netcore2.2. project with ReportPortal.NUnit >=v3.7.8 installed, ReportPortal.addins file is not copied to publish output directory, however it is copied to build directory (bin/Debug/netcoreapp2.2)
