Remove reporters from tree when finishing #43

Just to allow TestReporters to be garbage collected.

@nvborisenko Honestly I am a bit reluctant to approve the changes even after the issues are fixed. The changes will require a lot of re-testing - testing of parallel execution in all unit testing frameworks.
