Agent version update to 5.5.6 #371

Updated agent version to 5.5.6 which includes the fix for https://github.com/reportportal/client-Python/issues/228

Could be as release update

@pavloshchepan ~= sign in requirements means that pip should automatically pick up the latest minor version, so your PR is not necessary. Also please do not interfere in our version numbers.

@HardNorth sorry I've just used the same approach as it was in release https://github.com/reportportal/agent-python-pytest/releases/tag/5.2.2
