This PR is just an example for designer purposes. Now we do not have any sponsors and for displaying carousel the organizations data are used. After we will have sponsors the code should be changed accordingly.

Use fake data for displaying sponsors carousel. Add functionality for hiding carousel buttons if sponsor list is less then 7 items. Stop marquee animation if list is less then 5 items for tablets and 3 for mobile. Can be merged after designer checking and adding temporary-hide class name for SponsorsHero children.
