I really love kde2 window decoration, thank you for your hardwork porting this.
kwin has the ability to add the Application Menu as a single icon in the icon bar.
this replace the mac-style top menu bar. I find a single icon per window to be very efficient.
some other decoration just repeat the application icon but kde2 its just blank.
would be cool to have a separate icon for this, like for breeze.
