The default config folder is config or configs? #2214

According to this log message, the default configs folder is config

However, other signs points to configs being the preferred name e.g., image

Perhaps we can allow both? e.g., if config is not present, fallback on configs

The default folder is config. The report generation command in run.sh in publish-RepoSense explicitly sets the --config configs flag for some reason. Perhaps we can standardize it to config on publish-RepoSense to avoid confusion.
