Choice of 'source' when integrating from an integrated database #2

When integrating from a database such as IntAct, which is itself an integrated database, the source is currently stored as intact in the database property of PPIs.

Should this actually be the source database that contributed the PPI to IntAct?
Should a different approach be used for IntAct, BioGRID, and IID (esp. IID, as IID hasn't been updated since 2018)?

Keep source as the integrated DB: some of the aggregated data may be derived by IntAct, plus this is important for licensing.
