Heated Bed PID cannot be dissabled and oscillate #20

In current code, if someone enable PID for extruder heater control, Heated Bed does not have option to be disabled. In my case, HB temp oscillate, so be is loosing temp while printing well below 110 (ABS). Autotune command for E-1 (Heated Bed) also is not working
