Many thanks for your pull request. Our programmer responds: "mike-o-tronic is right, ENABLE and DISABLE are already defined by the SD_HSMCI library. That one shouldn't be critical (and I suggest to decline his pull request because of the Eclipse overhead he attempts to merge in), but I'll change it. Only four lines need to be changed AFAICS" While we won't pull this exact change in, many thanks for your efforts. Please feel free to continue contributing!
