steps to be taken before refactoring #26

We are making progress on refactoring, but before we do that in fact, we need to:

[x] remove servers that are not active/with wrong address/not open to the public
[x] make sure the standard names showing in the drop-down menu are only the valid ones
[x] try to adjust the map area (check if this is relevant)

PR #27 fixes the standard names on the dropdown menu.

PR #28 fixes "remove servers that are not active/with wrong address/not open to the public".

Adjusting the map area for the cwwcNDBCMet dataset for the neracoos server is not necessary, since we added the cwwcNDBCMet dataset to a list of datasets to be skipped in PR #29 .
