UNH_CML dataset with incorrect location in map #31

datasetID UNH_CML is showing up in the stations map at 43N, 70E; I believe (based on the "area" variable in the metadata - "Gulf of Maine") the correct location would be 43N, 70W.

The location of this dataset is part of the output of function all_datasets_locations, which then feeds this info to function stdname2geojson.

We need to report this back to the data provider. @rsignell-usgs do you know who we should contact here? We could use the dataset metadata but that rarely yield results :smile:

For now just ignore that dataset @apkrelling.
