It was really easy to reproduce the results from this paper. The Rmd docs were super helpful for explaining the analyses further. The only issue was getting the scalebar on the map figure which was due to a package version issue but we managed to update the code really easily (lines 95-97 https://github.com/JKRWard/bioscan/blob/master/scripts/sites-plot.R)
