I am studying TRB repertoire of bovine and I was aligning with an external library (that another group provided to me), but as of end of last year IMGT updated its data and it includes now new annotation of bovine TRB locus, will it be possible to update the library with the last IMGT release?
If you are really busy and it is not possible for you to update for the moment, is there a tutorial or some instructions to build up these libraries in .json format using the new released imgt data?
