Much closer in revision d14928766bf2 - works now for some CBZ files

Fixed in revision 8919151d0fcc

Note that I can pretty consistently crash/hang Firefox if I try to open certain 
CBZ
files - but I believe I've gotten the errors out of the DEFLATE algorithm now. 
Further updates will try to address Firefox crashing and/or reduce memory 
footprint.
 Also, see Issue 7 which will move the unzipping to a worker thread.
