Fix z index #161

fixes #159 and fixes #155 I changed the z-index to 1 to improve the appearance and run the build process.

If anyone else is a total nuff like me and thinks that this change doesn't work, make sure you delete or rename 'tesla-style-solar-power-card.js.gz' after you edit the z-index or otherwise update the file 'tesla-style-solar-power-card.js' as per the PR otherwise you will go mad thinking "why doesn't this work" lol.
