App 2.0.2 #257

Waiting for stable 0.66, now using 0.66-rc3, should be out in a couple of weeks. Enables building the app for android and ios with M1 Macs.

Had to revert App Bundles (see #253) as it would crash with the react native version present. We'll have to use abb soon, as google won't accept apk's in the future. Will raise min compatibility to iOS 11.0 and Android 5.0 (API 21).
