Description The "Tutorial" text in the start screen is not calling enough attention to itself.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected Behavior "Tutorial" should hover or glow. Andy has already created mockups of this.

Actual Behavior Tutorial text just exists in its static form.

Added wobble component to tutorial button in menu screen, in branch update-HUD-design.
