Overlay in Tutorial is not dark enough #464

Description It's difficult for people to read the tutorial's text.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Tutorial.
  2. Try to read first content text over overlay.

Expected Behavior Overlay is dark enough that content is easy to read.
