[bug] Windows窗口双开时，reqable窗口大小不正常 #669

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 双开两个窗口，本来正常是对半平均分布

本来Windows可以把窗口拉到最左或最右然后强制窗口半屏，可以同时双开窗口，对其中一个窗口进行操作时，另一个窗口不会隐藏，但是reqable无法实现半屏，窗口大小无法调整至半屏大小
