[feature] 支持在脚本中mock响应

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. mitmproxy的脚本支持在onRequest中flow.response = http.Response.make()，这样就可以跳过向服务器发送请求这一阶段，直接伪造一个响应返回，reqable的脚本目前好像不支持这样的功能
