Folders Listing lacking Scroll Bar in Image Upload

Describe the bug Media Folders beyond a certain count that is dependent upon resolution are inaccessible due to lack of scroll bar. (See attached image for example)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install lastest WikiJS 1.X edition
2. Create a new page
3. Click on "Upload picture"
4. Create a lot of folders

Expected behavior Click and drag a scroll bar to see additional folders.
