Implement a proper interface for the collectors #22

Issue Type

Expected Behavior

As a developer I want to be able to use a clearly defined interface to implement new collectors. It should be extendable easily and allow for future addition of a wide range of collectors.

Current Behavior

The interface is kind of messy and not made to be extended.

It seems you've just enabled the issue triaging. I'm just scraping all issues from your repository and will give you some more information about this in a few minutes or so.
