Unhandled rejection Error: tunneling socket could not be established, cause=Parse Error #16

with tunnel-agent@~0.4.1 and npmVersion": "3.3.12.

How to deal with this error? it worked for several days, I didn't change any code, but this occurred today every time i createSocket.
