chore: Don't apply requestly theme for existing chrome instances

Sometimes this custom theme gets cached and reused the next time the user opens the chrome instance. This leads to a bad UX because it might appear that requestly is still intercepting in some way (when the app might not even be running), when actually that is not the case.
