Still needs changes on sessions list, once decided which type sessions should be shown there in case of desktop app. Also, supporting changing for not creating redundant copys of .har files can be found here - https://github.com/requestly/requestly/pull/959

This PR now also contains changes for storing recently accessed files inside local storage. Being used for network sessions and web sessions
