The proxy list is read and not overwritten based on it's value when Requestly is started. So any changes made while Requestly is running might be overwritten.

future work:

[ ] Make the same change for windows and linux
[ ] Add other relevant domains to the bypass list and make it a shared variable (maybe global constant)
[ ] Rewrite functions based on the comments added
