The title is very descriptive. Currently the comments in merge requests are not forwarded by Gitlab bot. This comments are present in the RSS feed. Please, could you address it?

Hello! I also have this bug. This feature needed for effective code review. For example, developer was created merge request, then another developers reviewed and commented this. And then all comments forwarded in telegram channel! It's will be very suitely. Can you fix this?
