Godep + docker #53

Here is some most important improvements of this new version

  1. Godep for dependencies
  2. Docker to simplify Integram deploying
  3. Each service integration will now go to the separate repo at https://github.com/integram-org. The main repo will stay here at https://github.com/requilence/integram

All this steps will help on deploying of new services integrations to the production. Also now it is very simple to setup Integram on your own server.
