GitHub: Manual webhook linking for org-wise information #7

Back in the days of traditional integram, I used to hook a whole organization to the bot in our telegram group. Could you please consider adding the same feature to the current GitHub bot?

Hi! Unfortunately now @GitHubBot is not the part of Integram.. This is official bot by Telegram team. There is a work-around for getting Webhook URL. Connect any of your own repo and after this copy the Telegram webhook URL from the repo's settings. You can manually add this URL in other repos and organisations
