send to telegram multiple group #89

Hi, it will send to telegram multiple group even I din choose the choose. Currently I have access to 5 board, 4 board choose to send to group 1 and 1 board send to group 2. But whenever I edit in the 1 board it will auto trigger to group 1 and 2, but not the other round. Anyway to fix it?
